About the event
Join the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas (HWNT) RGV Chapter us on Saturday, May 18 to honor and celebrate the "Latinas in Progress" Class of 2024 during a scholarship luncheon at The Radisson Hotel- McAllen from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This event is dedicated to recognizing the accomplishments of the students who completed the Latinas in Progressâ„¢ (LIP) Education Series, which included five monthly sessions covering essential topics such as College Preparation, Leadership/Assertiveness Training, Life Skills of Wellness & Safety, Financial Responsibility, and Civic Engagement.
We invite our HWNT supporters and business community leaders to join us in empowering the next generation of Latina leaders.
Individual tickets are $35/pp and will not be sold at the door.
