As our Treasurer for HWNT, Magdalena has been a dedicated member of our organization, contributing to our mission to empower Hispanic women. In addition, she is an active member of her community, volunteering and supporting other non-profit organizations. Magdalena is also the owner of Opari Laser Engraving Gifts, a women-owned certified business that is a proud member of GoTexan, Mission Chamber of Commerce, and STMA.

Magdalena's entrepreneurship journey began five years ago when she started her business, inspired by a beautiful wood box her parents received in Mexico with exquisite cut designs and personalized engraving. Her hard work and dedication to excellence have not gone unnoticed, as she was also awarded the Japan company President award for Inventory management in her current position.
