Aisha Gonzalez

First and foremost… Aisha Gonzalez is a proud mama to 2 amazing boys, Anthony and Nico, aged 16 and 10 whom she ADORES. She is a graduate of McAllen High School, class of 97 and of The University of Texas Pan American (UTRGV now) class of 2002. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Computer Information Systems (CIS), as well as a Master of Education (MEd) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate degrees. She now serves as B2Z’s President/Owner, the only federally certified 8a woman owned civil engineering firm in South Texas. She manages the company’s day-to-day operations and the senior executive team. Her primary focus at B2Z Engineering is in operations and finance. With a background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Aisha continues to develop B2Z’s GIS department and improve on the deliverables B2Z can provide to its clients.

She works closely with Human Resources to ensure training needs are met for all employees as well as project specific training and certification requirements. She maintains and monitors company standards to ensure customers receive the best quality of work. She is also responsible for the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the best service to their clients. Aisha ensures that the business operations are efficient and effective and that the proper management of resources, contract administration, distributions of services to customers and analysis of systems is conducted. B2Z was recently honored with a state wide award in 2022 when they received the LUNA award for Woman Owned Engineering firm of the year. Aisha’s passion is to continue to bring awareness to South Texas and to mentor youth in our area that share that same goal. She strives to keep the RGV on the map by providing a safe and enjoyable work place that provides the highest quality of services to its clients state wide.
