Della Fay Perez-Rodriguez

Della Fay Perez-Rodriguez is an attorney and Founder of Angels of Love, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to victims of domestic violence. She served as the Staff Attorney for Angels of Love Legal Advocacy Program. She has served on various boards in leadership positions. She is the Vice Chair of Development on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas- RGV chapter and the founder and CEO of Texas Beauty with a Purpose nonprofit. Texas Beauty with a Purpose hosts conferences and workshops to train girls and young ladies to become the very best version of themselves and give back to the communities where they live. Della received a Bachelor’s of Education at the University of Texas in Austin and obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence at South Texas College of Law in Houston. She was the 2018 recipient of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas Estrella Award, the 2021 recipient of the TAMAAC Women of Distinction and the 2023 RGV Hispanic Chamber Women of Distinction. Della has designed and implemented educational programs for youth such as Kind Girls, Girl Power, Miss Madam President and the Little Miss Madam President program. The Be Kind program teaches girls to be their own kind of beautiful by being kind. The Girl Power program teaches girls to “Be Strong Be Smart, Be Amazing, and Be Yourself”. The Madam President Leadership program allows girls and young women an exciting introduction to the world of politics. She currently resides in McAllen, Texas with her family. She loves reading, writing, and all sports. Her vision is to empower women of all ages to take control of their lives and live out their true God given potential. Her motto is “If not you, then who?”.
