Jessica M. Maldonado, PE, PMP, CFM

Mrs. Maldonado was born and raised in Edinburg Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M and an MBA from UTRGV. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas with over 18 years of experience in the industry. She currently serves as VP of Professional Services at SAMES, Inc. where she leads a team of 50 professional and technical staff within the disciplines of Civil Engineering, Surveying and Construction Engineering Inspection Services. During her 18 years of experience she has participated in various organizations such as: 1. Leadership Edinburg, Class XXX Alumni 2. Leadership RGV, Class XII Alumni 3. Youth Leader at Remarkable Church in Edinburg 4. Active American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) member, Past Media Director, Past Vice-President, and current Past-President 5. Committee member for UTRGV Civil Engineering Department Advisory Board 6. Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas Member 7. South Texas College Surveying & Geospatial Technology Advisory Committee Member Jessica enjoys life with her husband Samuel Maldonado and their four children, sara, david, Jaiden and sofia.
