Maureen A. Ciarolla is a highly experienced and accomplished business professional, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Back Office Risk Inc. With over 35 years of experience in business management, finance & operations, project management, business consulting & life coaching, Maureen brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Maureen holds a degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, and Information Systems, which she earned through her studies at Geneva college, University of Pittsburgh, and Allegheny College. In addition to her formal education, Maureen has also spent 7 years teaching various business and software courses at several colleges. Throughout her career, Maureen has achieved many notable skills and accomplishments, including over 10 years of experience mentoring young women in the Pittsburgh area. She also served as the President of the National Association of Women Business Owners of Western Pennsylvania, and regularly speaks on panels nationally. When not working, Maureen enjoys pursuing her personal interests and hobbies. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and has spent 8 years living in the valley.
