Sharon Almaguer

Sharon Almaguer is the owner of The Almaguer Law Firm, with offices in McAllen and Dallas. With over 33 years of experience her practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Corporate and Real Estate matters. Sharon received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Texas A&M University at College Station, Texas in 1984, and her J.D. at the University of Houston in 1989. While in law school she was admitted to the Phi Delta Phi legal honor fraternity. She is a Past President of Texas Women Lawyers and is active in numerous professional organizations including Organization of Women Executives, Rio Grande Valley Estate Planning Council, Dallas Women Lawyers, the College of the State Bar of Texas and Texas Bar Foundation. She is also a Past President of the Hidalgo County Bar Association and Hidalgo County Bar Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas and the Board of Directors of the Gladys Porter Zoo.
