Susie Neaville

Susie Neville is a community manager for JPMorgan Chase. In this role Susie is responsible for advancing the bank's Racial Equity Commitment focused on reducing the racial wealth gap by improving the financial health in the community. Susie hosts a wide range of financial health initiatives and hosts financial literacy sessions to amplify awareness and build trust in the community. Susie is passionate about community involvement and partners with local non-profit organizations for overall support including volunteer opportunities. Susie has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. She has held several leadership position including Sales and Leadership Coach, Sales Consultant, Training, Branch Manager, VP of Lending to name a few. An RGV native, Susie earned her B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She lives in Lyford with her husband and during her free time she enjoys running and outdoor activities.
