The Hispanic Women's Network of Texas (HWNT) RGV Chapter "Lady in Red Scholarship Gala" was created for the women and businesses of the Rio Grande Valley who would like to give back to the next generation of Latina leaders in a fun and unique way. The proceeds from the event will support the financial foundation of the Latinas in Progress (LIP) Scholarship program. With your help, HWNT-RGV can continue to provide financial support to the young Latinas of the RGV.
